Our Shipping Policy

 

We offer free regular Shipping within Canada on a purchase of $50 or more before applicable taxes. Some exclusions apply. 

 

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note we are closed on weekends and holidays. Shipment confirmation and Tracking numbers will be emailed to the purchaser, so the status of the package can be monitored.

 

All orders will have the option of expedited shipping at an additional cost to the purchaser.

 

US customers – we ship to the USA! We will advise all US customers as to the best shipping options upon ordering.

 

 

In-store pick-up

For your convenience, we also offer curbside pick-up at our Salon. Prior to checkout select “instore pick up”; we’ll email you timeslot options and once agreed upon, simply bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID and pick up your order.

 

Returns

Product and Hair Tool Returns: Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All liquid products and Hair Tools may be returned with an online order confirmation for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in an unopened condition and all components of the shipment must be included. Personal items such as combs, brushes, nail products, polishes, cosmetics, hair accessories, and opened liquid products are final sale and not returnable. Gift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.
